Activity and responsibility
- Development, coordination, and implementation of marketing projects
- Collaboration in the creation of content for our social media channels and our website
- Creation and optimization of image materials
- Planning, creation, dispatch, and subsequent analysis of mailings and newsletters
- Expansion of our reach and strengthening of our brand image
- Development and implementation of measures for lead generation
- Establishing and maintaining partnerships in sports sponsorship—with motorsports teams, brand companies, and regional sports clubs
- Budgeting and reporting: creating, monitoring, and analyzing the marketing budget
- Creating presentations for sales
- Optimizing existing marketing tools
- Planning and executing on-site shoots at races, ongoing projects, and for all marketing content
Your Profile
- Completed degree in marketing, sales, communications, business administration, or a comparable field of study
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position
- Knowledge and experience in motorsports and/or mobile marketing (desirable)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent German and English; other languages (Italian, Spanish) are an advantage
- Confident use of MS Office tools
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) as well as graphic and design skills
- Methodological skills for developing solutions and concepts
- Goal- and solution-oriented approach to work – also in a team
- Technical affinity, commercial understanding, and interest in new technologies
- Willingness to travel (including on weekends) for race visits and customer appointments (approx. 4–6 times a year)
- Class B driver's license
- High degree of initiative and creativity
