With the TeamViewer software, the employees of our SCHULER Service & Support team have the option of remote maintenance on your computer or mobile device and can get a live picture. Problems can be identified more easily and the support agent can effectively assist you in solving them:

How it works? Very easily:

1. Download the TeamViewer customer module via this download link: DOWNLOAD LINK

2. Start the Teamviewer customer module by double-clicking the file TeamviewerQS.exe.
    A window opens in which your personal ID and the password is displayed.

3. Provide your SCHULER employee with the ID and password.
    Your Schuler contact person can now establish a connection to your computer or
    establish a mobile phone.
