SET-UP AND DISMANTLING

Our logistics team handles the proper transport with specially trained drivers. We also monitor the time management, driving times, rest periods, customs regulations and travel documents. This leaves you free to focus fully on your races and events, while we ensure smooth processes and coordinated back-to-back operations. In the process, SCHULER places a major emphasis on compliance with health and safety regulations, FOM regulations as well as the safety of our employees and your assets.
Our engineers design and develop hospitality vehicles, race bases and any other mobile structures. They work hand in hand with our technicians to create the perfect solutions within your timeframe. By combining our expertise, we guarantee efficient and safe set-up and dismantling. When the
transport team arrives, the technical team is already on location and ready to handle the set-up, effectively preventing damage and saving time. All of the trained and experienced employees in our set-up team have their own personal safety equipment which fulfils all of the safety regulations. During the race itself, our SCHULER First Level Support is there to assist you while our technical team prepares the dismantling process behind the scenes.
For the winter season, we offer covered parking spaces in our SCHULER Winterpaddock. Ideal for your Race Base, your Motorhome or your Hospitality. The pitches are in the best location in Europe, are dry and safe, which ensures a longer service life for the vehicles. A SCHULER team carries out service and repair work on site. Your new branding and IT for the following season can also be fitted and refurbished during the winter break.
