We are looking for a qualified and motivated employee who is committed and determined to support our service team at our headquarters in Ebhausen.
Activity and responsibility
- Dialogue acceptance of vehicles, coordination and organisation of order execution
- Proper and timely execution of service and maintenance work as well as general repairs
- Carrying out work on mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems as well as sheet metal work
- Preparation of cost estimates
- Planning and coordination of subcontractors
- Final inspection of vehicles and documentation of repairs carried out
- Telephone support, technical and expert support for our customers
Your profile
- Completed training in the vehicle industry, preferably in the vehicle construction/commercial vehicle sector or similar occupations such as construction machinery mechanic/agricultural machinery mechanic
- Independent and structured way of working
- Technical understanding and manual skills
- Willingness to travel with a strong customer and service orientation
- Driving licence class B, ideally class C1E/CE
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Good knowledge of English
- High level of commitment and ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility and a high degree of quality awareness
