Head of Service (M/W/D)

We are an innovative vehicle manufacturing company specializing in the development and production of custom-built, mobile solutions for the motorsports and marketing sectors. Our vehicles are one-of-a-kind and manufactured to the highest standards. As part of our continued growth and succession planning, we are looking for you to join us as Head of Service (m/f/d) to further develop our service division both strategically and operationally.

 

 

Activity and responsibility

  • Overall responsibility for the service division at two locations
  • Management and organization of scheduled and unscheduled service calls, including on-site visits to international customer
  • Ensuring the timely provision of vehicles and compliance with and documentation of all quality standards
  • Coordination and management of external service providers
  • Close collaboration with production, assembly, sales, and international customers
  • Direct reporting line to senior management
  • Future responsibility for the logistics division, including scheduling, vehicle transport, and interfaces with logistics partners

 

 

Your Profil

  • Completed technical training, e.g., as a technician, master craftsman, or with a bachelor’s degree
  • Several years of professional experience in a service-oriented environment, ideally in vehicle manufacturing, specialty vehicle manufacturing, commercial vehicles, agricultural or construction machinery, or mechanical engineering
  • Strong leadership skills and organizational abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for direct customer contact, including in an international setting
  • Willingness to travel frequently, with seasonal travel accounting for over 50% of the role
  • Knowledge of Hungarian and very good English skills
