We are looking for a qualified and motivated employee to start soon, who is committed and determined to support our small team in the area of Finance & HR at our headquarters in Ebhausen.
Activity and responsibility
- Processing of monthly payrolls (external payroll office)
- Support and optimization of the time management system (SageHR)
- Preparation of evaluations
- Preparation of employment contracts and references
- Processing of the certification and registration system
- Independent and timely maintenance of master and transaction data
- Accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial accounting
- Checking, reconciliation and further processing of incoming invoices
- Posting of account movements
- International invoicing
- Preparation of customs declarations
- Participation in the preparation of the annual financial statements
- Preparation and factual review of business evaluations
Your Profile
- Successfully completed commercial training, preferably as a tax clerk/bookkeeper or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in accounting & personnel processing
- Good IT skills (MS Office, ERP systems)
- English language skills (written and spoken)
- Independent, structured and self-reliant way of working
- Strong communication skills and service orientation
- Good assertiveness
- Hands-on mentality
