INDIVIDUAL WORKING HOURS/4-DAY WEEK
We offer all employees the opportunity to tailor their work-life balance to their individual needs. Employees can choose to work 40, 36, or 32 hours per week, which can be divided into 4 or 5 working days according to their preferences and optimized to suit their personal needs.

SUPPLEMENTARY HEALTH INSURANCE
